Chef William Gentry makes food for people. His career started at Radio Café at the intersection 14th and Woodland in East Nashville in 1997 since then he’s made a lot of food and a lot of friends. Turn and burn and fine dining. Now he tours with bands as a chef and at home works on Wedge Oak Farm.
