Christopher Weber has spent the past 21 years in the food and beverage industry, working at restaurants in Nashville, Seattle and San Francisco. He moved home to Nashville in 2013 to get his flagship restaurant off the ground. Earnest Bar and Hideaway has now been open five years and his future ventures are in the works.
